Educational Qualification:
Applicants those who are applying for the posts of Management Trainee (General, Depot, Movement) should be in possession of Graduation Degree/ equivalent from recognized University with minimum 60% marks, for posts of for Management Trainee (Accounts) should be Associate Membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, for the posts of Management Trainee (Technical) should have B.Sc. (Agriculture)/ B.Tech/ BE in Food Science, for the posts of Management Trainee (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering) should have a Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent and for the posts of Manager (Hindi) should have a Masters's Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level.
Age Limit:
Applicants those who want to apply for the posts of Management Trainee their maximum age should be 28 years and for Manager (Hindi) age should be 35 years as on 01-08-2015. However the upper age limit relaxation will be given by 5 years to SC/ ST, by 3 years to OBC, by 10 years to PWD/ PH candidates, by 15 years for PWD/ PH candidates belonging to SC/ ST and by 13 years to PWD/ PH candidates belonging to OBC.
Application Fee:
Applicants are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 600/- Excluding bank charges but including service tax as applicable. Service Tax Code (Registration Number)-AAACF0365NST099. However the candidates of SC/ ST/ PWD (PH) and Women categories are xempted from paying the application fee. Fee can be paid through any one of the following mode of payment:
1. SBI Internet Banking/ Other Major Bank's Internet Banking:
Applicants are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 600/- through Debit/ Credit Cards. The additional bank charges for all such transactions is around Rs 20/- (which may vary) and is to be borne by the candidates.
2. Cash Payment through e-Challan at branches of SBI:
Applicants are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 600/- by e-Challan. The additional bank charges for Challan Mode is Rs. 60/- and is to be borne by the candidates.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates' selection will be made on the basis of Written Test (WT), Group Discussion (GD) and Interview (I).
