How To Apply : Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of qualification certificates & mark sheets, caste certificate, PH/ Ex-servicemen certificate, resident certificate, 3 recent passport size photographs duly attested and signed by the candidates on backside of photograph, registration certificate, one self addressed envelope duly stamped with stamps of Rs.25/- etc & other relevant documents and in an envelope should be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF Pharmacist/ JR.LAB TECHNICIAN/ JR.RADIOGRAPHER” & candidates should mention their respective categories on the envelope i.e (UR/ SEBC/ SC/ ST/ PH/ Sports Man/ Ex-Service Man) through Speed post/ Regd.Post to the Superintendent, VSS Medical College Hospital, Bural, 768017, Dist Sambalpur on or before 29-06-2015.
