DGM (Internal Audit)	Upper Age Limit 50 years	Candidate should be CA's / ICWA's / MBA's from a recognized Institution with specialization in Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of twelve years post qualification executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade or equivalent responsibility in a large and reputed organization.
Manager (Internal Audit)	Upper Age Limit 45 years	Candidates should be CA's / ICWA's / MBA's from a recognized Institution with specialization in Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of seven years post qualification executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade or equivalent responsibility in a large and reputed organization.
Officer (Internal Audit)	Upper Age Limit 30 years	Candidate should be CA's / ICWA's / MBA's from a recognized Institution with specialization in Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of one year post qualification executive experience in a large and reputed organization.
Assistant (Internal Audit)	Upper Age Limit 28 years	Candidates should be M.Com. from a recognized University with one year relevant experience OR B.Com. from a recognized University with three years relevant experience.

Salary (Pay Scale):DGM -Grade & Scale of Pay Rs. 32900 - 58000,

Application Fees:The candidates should also send by post the filled in Application form affixing a recent passport size photograph accompanied with copies of testimonials in support of age, caste/class, qualification, experience & licence etc and Demand Draft (towards application fee) of Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) for post of Dy. General Manager, Manager & Officer (Internal Audit) and Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) in case of Assistant (Internal Audit) payable at Delhi/Noida in favour of Pawan Hans Ltd (SC & ST candidates & Persons with Disabilities are exempted from payment of application fee).
