| Customer Agent | not mention | Graduate in any of the related stream from reputed university / institution faculty (minimum 3 years duration) with knowledge of basic computer operations. |
| Senior Customer Agent | not mention | Graduate in any discipline / faculty (minimum 3 years duration) from recognized university with knowledge of basic computer operations. |
Pay Scale : : Rs. 13,800/- Per month.
Application Fees : DD of Rs.500/- drawn in favor of "Air India Air Transport Services Ltd", payable at Mumbai. No fees to be paid by Ex-servicemen / Candidates belonging to SC / ST communities.
